Our SIM cards are GPRS enabled. This feature is provided free of charge and allows you to use your unlocked device's data services.

If you use a PDA, Smartphone or Pocket PC running on Windows Mobile (or an equivalent operating system on an Exchange Server) simply insert one of our SIM cards into your device, then enter the appropriate APN (Access Point Network) in the corresponding field of your connection settings. You will then pay for your usage only. Please refer to the corresponding SIM card offer/pricing and APN information.

Call in Europe's services are BlackBerry® compatible. Use our SIM card with your unlocked device to continue sending/receiving your emails while saving significantly on all of your data and calling charges!

Until now, you had to activate an international data plan with your current carrier when you traveled abroad. Some providers even require that you enroll in a yearly subscription and you still had to pay high roaming calling charges.

Call in Europe offers a flexible option to BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) or BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) users which allows them to activate this service for the duration of their trip and pay for their usage only. Please refer to the corresponding SIM card offer/pricing.

A) If you do not have an existing Call in Europe line, simply follow the two steps below :

• Contact us to activate this option on your line.
• Replace your current carrier's SIM card with your Call in Europe SIM card to continue sending and receiving your emails. No settings need to be changed.

B) If you already have an existing line with us, simply contact us before your departure to activate this option.

You may add and remove this option to your line as needed with no restriction to suit your travel needs.
